In a display of defiance to seasoned investors and
developers, the Western Australian economy looks set to continue its course of strong
economic growth together with low interest rates, an increasing population, the equivalent
of full employment and strong migration. So while investors and developers are cautious
about speculative development, the market fundamentals appear to be well balanced.
